What is a mobile bar?
A mobile bar is a fully portable bar experience that brings professional bartending services directly to your event. We handle the setup, service, and cleanup so you can focus on celebrating. We are fully insured and all of our bartenders are TABC-certified!
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Blaire's Mobile Bar is a dry hire service, meaning you'll purchase the alcohol while we provide the bartenders, bar setup, service, and expertise. Of course, we can help you determine how much alcohol to buy and recommend different types and pick up an order for you!
How many bartenders will we need?
For most weddings, one bartender can comfortably serve up to 75 guests. For larger celebrations, we will need an additional bartender (+1 per 75 guests) to ensure quick service and shorter wait times.
How far in advance should I book?
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance. We only service 3 events per day on the weekend, so booking sooner is better!
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We can create mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverage experiences so every guest can enjoy something special.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
We'll reach out to learn more about your event, discuss your vision, answer any questions, and create a custom quote tailored to your celebration!
What types of events do you serve?
We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, fundraisers, festivals, and other special occasions. Just about anything, we can do!
Do you have a minimum for weddings?
No! We have a base package starting at $850 and then everything is priced per person going to your event as well as any additional add-ons that you'd like for your event :)
What comes with your mobile bar packages?
Our Base Package includes a full bar setup, premium cups and garnishes, one professional bartender, and fully insured service. Setup, service, and cleanup are all included, so you can focus on celebrating while we keep the drinks flowing. For events with more than 75 guests, an additional bartender is required to ensure smooth and efficient service :)
How much space do you need?
Our setup requires a flat, accessible area large enough for the bar and service space. We'll review your event location during the planning process to ensure a seamless setup!
